Stone-grinded and skin is removed , whole Moong is dehusked and split in two parts to form this yellow Moong split washed dal, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Bihar, West Bengal, Jharkhand.

Usage Instructions: Does not retain shape, hence can be easily pressure cooked. Soak in water for 10-15 min before cooking.
